When you encounter any problem using the app, you can send feedback to Epic in the following ways:

Method 1

Step 1: Select Profile

Step 2: Select Contact us

Step 3: Select Report Bug

Step 4: Depict the error you encounter in the Bug Description as in the example below and click Send

When you respond this way, the technical team will get the specifications related to the error that occurred on your device. Then, we can find the cause and solve the error faster.
