When you encounter any problem using the app, you can send feedback to Epic in the following ways:

1. Send feedback directly to the technical team through the app

Step 1: Select Profile

Step 2: Select Contact us

Step 3: Select Report Bug

  • On the error reporting screen:

(1) Enter your email address (eJOY will send feedback via email if needed)

(2) Describe the error you encountered in the Bug Description section as shown in the image below and click Send

  • When you respond this way, the technical team will get the specifications related to the error that occurred on your device. Then, we can find the cause and solve the error faster.

2. Contact eJOY's customer support team for assistance

Step 1: Select Profile => Select Contact Us

Step 2: Select Support

  • Here, you can send emails or chat with our Support team via Facebook
  • If you want to chat directly with eJOY's customer support team, click the Chat button to get help with your studies.
  • Please fill in all the necessary information here and click the Start Chat button so that the eJOY team can contact and support you.
