1.It might be because you haven't logged in to the eJOY Extension.

First, after downloading the eJOY extension, you should pin the eJOY extension to Chrome for convenient use by following these steps:

Step 1: Select 'Manage extensions' on the Chrome toolbar.

Step 2: Choose the 'Pin' icon.

After that, please check your login status:

Step 1: Click on the eJOY icon pinned on Chrome.

Step 2: If you are not logged in, click 'Login.' If you are already logged in, your name will be displayed here.

2. The video you are currently watching doesn't have original subtitles in your desired language, and you haven't enabled eJOY's 'Machine Translation' feature.

The image above is an example of a video with only English subtitles, and in this case, you need to enable the 'Show machine translation' feature as shown in the image below.
