- Translate words right away on the browser and save the words to the eJOY app
- Use the AI explain feature to explain the meaning of words, phrases.
1. How to translate words right away on the browser and save the words to the eJOY app
Step 1: Go to a website, any article you want to read on the Chrome, Safari,...
Step 2: Highlight the passage, phrase, or word you want to search for, then press the Share button.
Step 3: Select the eJOY English 2 app on the share screen.
Step 4: The following features will be available on the popup screen:
First, you will see the Vietnamese definition of the phrase you selected above.
In addition, the popup screen also has the following functions:
(1) Open eJOY button to open the selected word, phrase, or text in the eJOY English 2 app
(2) Audio button to listen to the phrase or sentence
(3) Edit button to edit the meaning of the word, sentence according to your understanding
(4) Add button to add the word to your workbook on the eJOY app 2
(5) Use the AI Explain feature to explain the meaning of words, sentences with AI
2. Use the AI Explain feature to explain phrases and passages containing difficult technical terms
- As mentioned in section (5) above, if the normal translation is not enough for you to understand the meaning of the word or phrase, you can click on AI explain and receive an explanation by AI:
- The AI Explain screen will have the following basic functions:
(1) Audio button: play an audio clip of the selected passage.
(2) Copy button
(3) The phrases that AI has automatically identified in the passage.
(4) Meaning: provide a summary of the meaning of the passage, including definitions of any difficult terms.
(5) Adv Grammar: identify any grammar structures that AI has found in the passage.
(6) Translation of the passage into your native language.
(7) Edit: allow you to edit the meaning of the passage.
(8) Add: add to your eJOY app 2 wordbook for review.
