You will receive a verification email immediately after creating an account at eJOY. Then you go to the registered email and select to verify the email.


  • If you do not receive a verification email from eJOY, check your spam or junk mail folder. If you have checked your spam and junk mail folders and still do not see the verification email, you can follow these steps:

Method 1: Go back to the account verification pop-up window and click on the Resend button. eJOY will send you a new verification email.

Method 2: Go back to the account registration page and enter your registered email address again.
